The Challenge
Interflot-Flyflot is a company that provides high quality footwear based in Thessaloniki and has four stores. As a leading name in the footwear industry, the company demands the best possible performance and reliability from its e-shop.
Interflot-Flyflot was experiencing significant problems with its e-shop, as it was using outdated technologies and the old e-shop design presented major functional difficulties and design errors. Customers found it difficult to navigate the site and complete their purchases, which reduced their satisfaction and the company’s sales. In addition, each promotion caused the site to go down due to the age of the technologies used by the e-shop and the low quality of the server hosting it. This instability undermined the company’s credibility and customer confidence.
Our main objectives were to redesign the e-shop with a modern template and implement all the necessary actions to make it professional and functional. We used advanced technologies, caching techniques and SEO best practices to ensure that the new e-shop will provide the best possible user experience and will be able to handle the increased traffic without any problems.
The Results
After careful analysis, we designed and developed a new, lighter e-shop for Interflot-Flyflot, which loads quickly, regardless of traffic.
We chose one of the world’s leading servers for hosting, ensuring that the e-shop remains functional even during periods of high traffic.
We adopted a mobile-first approach, as most users visit the site from mobile devices, and used hybrid caching and CDN to further improve loading speed.
The result? Zero downtime and a significant improvement in customer experience, leading to an increase in sales and customer satisfaction from the first month, proving that the e-shop redesign was a completely successful strategic move for Interflot-Flyflot.
