The Challenge
Fisi Zin is a family business that has been operating in Thessaloniki since February 2015. It is a modern grocery store that offers a wide range of organic and special diet products.
Before we started working together, Fisi Zin had its own eshop. However, it faced many problems, as the eshop was not functional and scalable.
In 2021, the client turned to the Webgrams team to redesign and optimize their online store. Specifically, the client requested the creation of an eshop in Greek, which would be mobile-friendly, fast and secure. He also asked us to include a blog section in the eshop.
The Results
Utilizing innovative practices and tools, we created a modern eshop with a responsive design and fast loading speed.
In particular, we implemented an optimized caching strategy and significantly upgraded its speed. We made sure that the interface was user-friendly and easy to manage, while we emphasized technical optimization. Finally, we interconnected the eshop with Facebook / Instagram Catalogue & Google Merchant Center and created the infrastructure for future interconnection with the Skroutz platform.
All of the above resulted in a sharp increase in traffic and consequently an increase in sales.
