The Challenge
Sports Avenue is a sporting goods store based in Skydra. The company has been active in the sports trade since 1982, offering a wide range of branded sportswear and shoes.
Our collaboration with the client started with the management of their social media accounts. As part of the promotional campaigns we ran, we identified some failures in the previous eshop.
By analyzing them further, we found that these failures negatively affected the customer journey, resulting in them leaving the website without making a purchase. So, we proposed to the client some changes to their previous eshop, which could not be implemented due to restrictions that existed. Not satisfied with the performance of his eshop, the client entrusted the construction of a custom eshop to the Webgrams team.
The Results
We built a custom eshop using a headless architecture based on WordPress.
With Headless WordPress eCommerce, we ensured the creation of an eshop with encrypted and completely secure data exchange, fast loading speed and responsive design. At the same time, the eshop interface was very user-friendly and easy to find products thanks to the filters we used. In addition, we connected the eshop with the Skroutz platform and the warehouse program used by the customer, so that there is automatic stock update.
